Planning consent was granted for Installation of extraction equipment, removal of existing internal wall and alteration to existing chimney breast. Along with Advertising Consent for 1 x fascia sign and 1 x illuminated hanging sign.
Listed Building consent was also granted for all works required.
This was an interesting and challenging project as this property dates back to the Medieval Times with some of the site dating back to 1420’s, hence the building is Grade 11* Listed Building.
With this in mind UK Surveyors worked closely with Conservation.
